Buyer Returns


Products you buy from can be returned in most cases. Depending on the seller and the reason you desire to return the product you purchased on, the seller can allow returns.


New Product Warrantees

You may contact the product manufacturer directly, if your item is not working properly. Your product manufacturer can assist you with warranty information, or with missing or replacement parts. Check the product manual and for troubleshooting assistance.


Steps Involved in Returns

The following steps are involved when returning an item you ordered and received:

  • Reply to the Order Confirmation email you received at time of purchase and write RETURN REQUESTED on the subject line.
  • Our Customer Service Team member will process your request.
  • Some sellers may need to review your return request. After the seller reviews the request, they will provide a label or instructions on how to return your items. If you do not receive a response within 7 business days, call +1248-458-4009 or our toll free number with your order information.

Our Returns Policy, and many of our sellers, offer returns for most items within 30 days of receipt of shipment. You can use this page to learn about our returns policies. Most items sold on follow our general returns policies, but some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.

Requirements for a Full Refund

Items must be unused and in new condition.

Items must be returned with all original packaging and accessories.

Media items (for example, movies, music, video games, and software) must be unopened and still in their plastic wrap.

Musical instruments, televisions, and consumer electronics must have a UPC or serial number.

Shoes and clothing must not be worn.

Baby Items

Eligible baby items (including clothing sizes 0-24 months) purchased from and from most sellers can be returned within a specific number of days of receipt of shipment. Returns should be in new and unopened condition. Perishable items are not returnable.

Automotive Items with a Published Manufacturer's Warranty

For items purchased from a seller other than please contact the seller. Basic Warranty Coverage

There are no warranties at this time. Manufacturer’s warrantees should be used instead.
